How long does it take to ship to my country?
(This only applies to items that are not pre-orders.)
When we receive your order, our watchmaker conducts a final inspection of the watch, including calibration and a time test. This process typically takes 2 to 3 days. After this, we proceed to ship the watch to you.
We use the best available international door-to-door courier service to ensure your watch reaches its destination promptly. Once your watch leaves our workshop, the estimated transit times are as follows:
4 to 6 days to the US, Canada, and Europe.
4 to 6 days to the Middle East.
3 to 4 days to Japan and Southeast Asia.
Please note that some countries may conduct customs inspections, and you may be required to pay additional duties. If you have any questions about shipping to your country, don't hesitate to contact us.
Can I return my watch if I don't like it?
Yes, as long as your watch does not show visible signs of wear, you can return it within 15 days of receiving it for a full refund.
What is the warranty on my watch?
CRYPTOMATIC watches are protected by an International Limited Lifetime Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Please visit this section for more information.
