Information We Collect

When you place an order or sign up for our newsletter, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, shipping address and the details of your order. We do not collect payment information, because we accept bitcoin only.

We also collect standard technical data about your visit, such as your browser type and the pages you view, in aggregate form.

How We Use It

We use your information to fulfil your order, provide customer support, honour warranty claims, and send you occasional updates if you have opted in. We never sell or rent your personal information.

Bitcoin & Privacy

Bitcoin transactions are recorded on a public ledger. If you wish to keep your purchase private, we recommend using a fresh receiving address and, where appropriate, a coinjoin-aware wallet. We do not associate on-chain addresses with your identity beyond what is required to ship your order.

Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary for the site to function. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
