This website is operated by CRYPTOMATIC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CRYPTOMATIC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Bitcoin Only

Since 2014, CRYPTOMATIC has accepted bitcoin as its only form of payment. Prices displayed in fiat currencies are indicative only and are provided for convenience. All orders are settled in bitcoin at the rate agreed at the time of checkout.

Limited Editions

Our collections are produced in strictly limited quantities. Once a model is sold out it is retired permanently and will never be produced again. Images of prototypes and renders may differ slightly from the delivered timepiece.

Orders & Pre-orders

Pre-order and production timelines are estimates and may shift due to manufacturing and logistics constraints. We will keep you informed by email at every stage. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before your watch ships for a full refund in bitcoin.

Returns

You may return your watch within 15 days of receipt, provided it shows no visible signs of wear, for a full refund.

Warranty

CRYPTOMATIC watches are covered by an International Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Please see our Lifetime Warranty page for the full list of exclusions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
