CRYPTOMATIC watches are protected by an International Limited Lifetime Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear and aging: This includes scratched surfaces, and changes in the color and/or material of the watch and strap. Over time, exposure to various elements and daily usage can naturally lead to minor cosmetic alterations, which are considered normal and expected.
Damage resulting from improper handling: This encompasses a range of issues such as lack of care, accidents like knocks, dents, crushing, or broken crystals. For instance, dropping your watch on a hard surface or exposing it to harsh environments can cause physical damage that isn't covered under the warranty.
Repairs by non-authorized persons: Any service or repair conducted by someone not authorized by CRYPTOMATIC voids the warranty. This is because unauthorized handling can compromise the integrity and functionality of the watch. Always ensure that any maintenance or repair work is done by certified professionals.
Leather strap warranty: The warranty for the leather strap is valid for six months. However, it will be void if the strap is damaged due to accidents, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not related to defects in materials or workmanship. Leather is a natural material that requires careful handling to maintain its quality and appearance.
